Saints bow out of the playoffs
Playoffs! Right Here, Right Now.
Walter at the double for the Saints

with 2 regular season games to play the Saints destiny is in their own hands
As it stands:
team wins losses ties pct for against
Oxford Saints 6 1 1 0.813 141 35
Bournemouth Bobcats 5 2 1 0.688 112 46
Cornish Sharks 6 3 0 0.667 225 42
Gloucester Centurions 1 5 1 0.214 41 201
Bristol Apache 0 7 1 0.063 15 210
Heading into the home stretch of the regular season the Saints are in pole position and needing one win from their last 2 games to guarantee playoff football. A win in both games, or a defeat for Bournemouth in their fixture against the Cornish Sharks will hand Oxford the conference title.
The Saints face off against the Gloucester Centurions next Sunday and the second placed Bournemouth Bobcats the week after knowing that their fate is in their own hands.
