Saints announce pre-season training dates
2012 Oxford Saints Season starts here....
The Saints are delighted to announce the first 2 open practice dates in preparation for the 2012 British American Football League Season.
The sessions will be held on Sunday the 11th and Sunday 18th December at Abingdon United Football Club, Northcourt Road, Abingdon, Oxon. (Please note: this is the Saints pre-season practice venue and NOT the team's home ground)
The sessions start at 1pm sharp, with registrations from 12.30pm.
All the existing Saints players and coaching staff will be attending and new players and rookies are welcome.
Sessions will incorporate the Saints strength and conditioning program, basic skills practice and Combine style testing of player measurables.
Any new players interested in joining the team for 2012 are invited to register their interest on the Saints Forum and/or to arrive in time for registrations on the 11th.
Suitable studded footwear and practice clothing required - the sessions will be non-kitted so specific american football equipment will not be needed.
