I am back with some advise to all you wanna be NFL superstars. You now walk the walk and understand what you should be putting in to your bodies, but how do you now use that energy and protein in the right way.
Hello again Saints. Mr Mystery here.
Right, so after my last blog you should all be blinged out superstar footballers by now. Although how are you going to fit into your tight under armour if you don’t look trim and muscular? Well fear not, your local super hero Mr Mystery is here to help. So how do you get the body you need, to be “The Player"!
I am Mr Mystery, your local super hero and all round incredible blog writing top banana.
Over the coming months and years you will get to know me, and hopefully listen to my words of wisdom. Think of me as your favourite uncle who will give you pearls of football knowledge to enable you to be the player you always aspired to be. I love to look at what can make our sport better, and hopefully I can cause you to think differently about your approach to the game and how you prepare and play each week. So with that in mind, on to week one of the Mr Mystery approach to football.
