We’re Oxfordshire’s only adult team, with good links to the two university teams. We compete in the British American Football Association National Leagues (BAFANL) against other adult teams across the UK.
We’re a not-for-profit club which was founded in 1983. As an amatuer club, we operate on a not-for-profit basis. Our staff are unpaid volunteers and we are strictly prohibited by our National Governing Body from financially rewarding players.
Any donations made to the club or any funds raised through player membership, merchandise and sponsorship will be re-invested into the Oxford Saints organisation. Money is used to cover our operating expenses and to invest in opportunities for more people across Oxfordshire to get involved with American Football.
We currently run a Senior team (18+) and a Womens team (17+) but we hope to expand our club in the near future to have a Youth team.
If you are interested in joining as either a player, coach or volunteer, please contact us to find out more.
The Senior team train every Sunday from early January until the end of our season in early-mid September. Training takes place at the OX4 Academy during preseason and at Abingdon Rugby Club from mid February onwards.
